RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS
We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription using the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date, and you wish to retain your membership, you will be subject to current payment plan offerings. In certain cases, such as an expired card, you will be asked to update your information. You can view your payment method at any time by logging into your account at https://bodyactivatedlearning.com/login.
Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase. The Cancellation and Refund Policy for Premium Memberships explained below also applies to Charter Memberships.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancelling Automatically Renewing Monthly Subscriptions
Sensational Achievements does not accept returns for monthly online subscription services. Upon cancellation, the subscription will run to the end of the subscription period. The subscription will not be pro-rated or refunded. Your subscription automatically renews when your contract expires to ensure you have continuous access to the membership site. You will be charged for a new subscription term on the renewal date listed in your account.
You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date by visiting your account and following the instructions to cancel your account.
You will retain access to the membership until the renewal date but will not be automatically charged for a new term. Access to your membership will end on your subscription renewal date.
Cancelling Annual Membership Subscriptions
If after cancelling your automatically renewing annual subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us with the request within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase or in the case of a renewal, no more than thirty (30) days after your renewal date.
We will terminate your membership at the time of refund and refund the remaining balance.
This policy applies solely to purchases and renewals of subscriptions purchased directly from Sensational Achievements through the Body Activated Learning membership site.
